Rules

To qualify for a reward under the ReformOnlineLending.org bounty program, you must be a current or former industry employee and submit information on unlawful business practices - advance fee loan scams, phantom debt collection scams, payday loan debt collection scams, unauthorized loan scams or financial scams targeting members of the military or their families - on the "Take Action" section of this website. We are currently unable to accept reports via phone or postal mail.

Consumers who believe they are victims of fraud should report to the Online Lender's Alliance fraud website.

Your report will be investigated and may be shared with local, state, or federal law enforcement. If your report leads to prosecution for an advance fee loan scam, phantom debt collection scam, payday loan collection scam, unauthorized loan scams or financial scams targeting members of the military or their families, you may be eligible for a one-time lump sum payment of $25,000. In the case of multiple parties reporting about the same conduct, rewards may be split among all qualified submissions.

All payments will be compliant with local laws, regulations and ethics rules. Reform Online Lending disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to this matter.  If we determine that your submission is qualified, Reform Online Lending will notify you by sending a reply to your email submission. If your submission is qualified and you are 18 or older, but are considered a minor in your place of legal residence, we may require your parent or legal guardian to sign all required forms on your behalf. If you do not complete the required forms as instructed or return the required forms within the time period listed on the notification message, we may not provide payment. We cannot process any payment until we have received the fully executed required documentation.  You may not designate someone else as the payment recipient unless you are considered a minor in your place of residence.  If you accept a payment, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the payment(s).  Common knowledge tips will not be awarded. Reform Online Lending reserves the right to split payments if there are multiple tips for the same alleged violation. The decisions made by Reform Online Lending are final and binding. Reform Online Lending may cancel this program at any time, for any reason. If you do not agree with these terms please do not participate in this program.
